Unlike some brokers, we operate on an independent, whole of market basis, meaning we have access to the entire market of financial products and lenders, rather than being tied or restricted to a limited panel of providers.  This means we can recommend products from a broad range of sources, including high-street banks, specialist lenders, and niche financial institutions, giving clients access to a comprehensive selection of options. This gives our clients the best possible exposure to available financial products, and consequently the best possibility of finding products tailored to their needs.

Process

We’ll start by having conversations with you—whether in person, over the phone, or by email—whichever works best for you. This helps us understand your business and its specific needs. Once we’ve gathered all the necessary information, we’ll create a comprehensive credit proposal that covers everything a lender will need to assess whether they’re willing to offer you terms. Next, we’ll evaluate which of the lenders we partner with are the best fit for your needs and begin discussions with them to secure a funding offer. Once we find the right funding with terms that suit you, we’ll help you navigate the legal process and documentation, including assisting with any issues or concerns that may arise along the way, all the way to the loan drawdown.

Service

We understand that your time is valuable, so our aimis to provide a service that is swift, efficient, and focused on delivering results, ensuring that every moment of your time is well spent. If achieving your goals are not possible, we will offer you a clear explanation of why, together, whether possible, with suggestions as to how you could rework your plans into a format that lenders would be interested in. On the flipside, your goals achievable, we will clearly map out the steps requierd in order to access the finance you require.

Fees

We understand that no one enjoys paying fees, but the saying "you get what you pay for" holds true. By charging fees directly to our clients, you guarantee our focus remains on your best interests, not the lender's. Unlike brokers who may be influenced by high referral fees or commissions from lenders, our priority is finding the right solution for you because we work for you. To get started, we ask for a small upfront fee to cover basic overheads and to confirm your commitment. If we succeed in securing the right solution for you, our fee is typically 1% of the loan amount, though we can negotiate for larger transactions, reflecting the value we've delivered. Like you, we have no patience for complex fine print or hidden costs. That’s why our paperwork is straightforward and easy to understand—just like us.
